Return & Refund Policy
This section is subject to the Consumer Protection Law (the “Law”), as applicable worldwide.
The person who placed the order (not the recipient) may cancel the order under the following terms. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (for example: a credit card refund will be issued to the same credit card used). Exception: If payment was made via bank transfer, a refund will be issued via a check sent by mail.
Return Conditions
If the customer cancels the transaction, Lady Mama will act in accordance with the applicable law. Product returns are accepted for the following reasons:

The size or color received does not match the order (a visual color deviation of up to 20% from the online photo is considered acceptable).

The item is defective or damaged. In such cases, a replacement item will be sent to the customer after we receive the defective product.

The product must be returned with its original tag, and without any signs of use or washing.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason not listed above, you may cancel the transaction in accordance with the law. Since each order is custom-prepared for the customer, we cannot arrange pickup. You may return the item at your own expense to one of our designated warehouse addresses.
Lady Mama is not responsible for items returned via any postal or courier service.
Items must be returned via registered mail. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, minus 5% of the total order value, provided that the return meets the criteria outlined in this policy and by law.
