General
Lady Mama is an online fashion boutique offering clothing and accessories to customers worldwide. The website is operated by Lady Mama and any purchase or use of the site constitutes agreement with these Terms and Conditions. The use of masculine terms throughout is for convenience only and applies to all genders. Lady Mama reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Images on the site are for illustration purposes only, and actual colors and availability may vary.
Who Can Order
Any person over 18 with a valid credit card is eligible to place an order. By ordering, users agree to be added to our marketing communications via email, text, or mail.
How to Order
To order, users must choose a product, size, color, and quantity, and provide accurate details including full name, shipping address, phone number, and email. Payment is processed securely via PayPlus. Lady Mama uses PCI-DSS compliant encryption to protect your information. Providing false details may result in cancellation or legal action.
Order Confirmation and Payment
After payment approval by your credit card company, you will receive confirmation via email. Orders are only finalized after Lady Mama receives approval. Lady Mama may cancel any order if an item is out of stock, and will refund any amount paid.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to your home or nearest pickup point within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and war-related delays). In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days. Orders of multiple items may arrive in separate packages. A single shipping fee applies per order regardless of how many shipments are made.

Cancellations (By the Customer)
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981
- The customer (buyer) may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, excluding items that are not eligible for return (such as swimwear or underwear), or as otherwise specified in the law.
- To cancel an order, the customer must send a request via email to info@lady-mama.com. All cancellations are subject to Lady Mama’s Return and Refund Policy, as outlined on the Returns Policy page and may be updated from time to time.
- If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request must still be sent to info@lady-mama.com. The cancellation will take effect only after the product is returned in accordance with the return guidelines listed below.
- Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging. If approved, Lady Mama will issue a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee or $30 USD, whichever is lower.
- Please note: No exchanges or refunds are available for swimwear or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective or does not match the description on the website, the customer may cancel the order within 48 hours of receipt by emailing ladymamaeu@gmail.com.
Cancellation by Lady Mama / Site Termination
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, internet or power outages, or technical system failures), Lady Mama reserves the right to cancel any transaction or temporarily shut down site operations. “Force majeure” shall be interpreted as per common legal definitions.
- If external circumstances beyond our control delay or prevent the sale or shipment of products—whether partially or fully—Lady Mama may cancel those orders, delay delivery, or suspend operations without prior notice.
- If a product was purchased and later found to be out of stock, Lady Mama reserves the right to cancel the order or offer an equivalent replacement. In the case of cancellation, the customer will be issued a full refund.
- If a pricing error, product description error, payment issue, or incorrect image is discovered after purchase, the company may cancel the transaction and issue a full refund to the customer.
- The valid terms of the Consumer Protection Law (or equivalent international consumer protection standards) applicable at the time of the transaction shall override any conflicting details in this policy or on the Lady Mama website.
Privacy & Data Use
Lady Mama collects data such as names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, and purchase history. Data is used for processing orders, customer service, marketing, and analytics. Information may be shared with third parties such as payment processors (PayPlus), email marketing platforms, and shipping companies. Cookies are used for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Users can contact us to request access or deletion of their data.
Site Errors & Changes
Lady Mama reserves the right to update pricing, product information, and promotions at any time. If pricing or product errors occur, Lady Mama may cancel the order and refund any payment.
Force Majeure
Lady Mama is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control including war, strikes, system failures, or natural disasters.
Limitation of Liability
Lady Mama is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Responsibility for use of products lies with the customer. In any case, liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
Copyright
All intellectual property, including logos, branding, product images, and website design, are the exclusive property of Lady Mama or its suppliers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Delivery Summary
Shipping takes 7–14 business days under normal circumstances. In busy periods, delivery may take up to 30 business days. Please review your order confirmation email and ensure all details are correct. Contact us if your items have not arrived within this period.
